Hi Beloveds
I recently have stayed in a care giving situation for a man with severe dementia that was completely draining me. I have now given in my notice to leave but not until my health began to suffer, so this message is very timely for me. Many of us have such a strong desire to serve that we just don’t know when to stop. This is not the first time I have been in this situation but I am planning on it being me last.

I am come to you today in these troubled times because I have walked upon the Earth before you in times such as these. I lived the the Holy Land at a time of great conflict and uncertainty. Then as now, at the time when I walked upon the earth with my Beloved Son, with our family, with the disciples, there was great conflict in our land, there were many opposing factions each one striving to overcome the others. It was into this world, into this situation, that we chose to come to teach another path, to show the path of forgiveness, of love, of compassion for all. This was not an easy path to follow because there was much suffering and persecution and yet we remained true to the essence, to the inner being which knows that only love is real.
So I am come to you now this day because you have also walked a hard road, there have been many stones indeed many boulders on your path. You have been tested, challenged by the situations around you by those who are the closest to you as each one of them has gone into their personal nightmare and you have reached out from the depths of your heart to be of service to them. You have given much from the great store of treasure within your heart and you have been of assistance and service to the many.
Yet I am come to say to you now that you must also be of service and assistance to yourself because the being that you are requires nourishment otherwise that being becomes depleted, the natural joy which is the true state of humanity here on earth gets lost under the weight of over-giving, of over-caring, of depleting ones own resources in order to feed another. To give is a very beautiful thing but it does need to be balanced by giving to oneself and also to be willing to receive when those to whom you have given wish to return the gift. We understand that is a very strong motivating force especially amongst the lightworkers who have been serving upon this planet earth for eons of time, to give and to give and to give. This is a fulfillment of your reason for being, which is service and yet I say unto you that service must be balanced by service to oneself, that you must care for your physical vehicle, the house that is the home of the magnificent being of light that is the truth of your being. If the house is not kept in good repair then the roof leaks and the rain comes in and the wind comes through the cracks. The windows become shrouded with dust and you lose sight of the beauty that is outside your window. The foundations of the house begin to crumble if the house is not tended to, cared for and maintained. This is now your sacred obligation and responsibility, to maintain your body temple which is your vehicle just as you would take your car to the shop for its maintenance, its oil change. If you maintain the car with regularity then there will be less need for repair. It is the same with the body, if you constantly overrun your capacity then breakdown is inevitable and your body will manifest an accident or an illness which will give you no choice but to stop and to rest. I say to you now do not wait for your body to break down but learn to recognise the signals, when your body is tired rest, when your spirit is weary and overwhelmed then feed it and nourish it. Give attention to feeding yourself in body mind and spirit as diligently as you would feed your children. From their early infancy a child lets you know when they are hungry and they demand to be fed very loudly. As you move away from childhood you must learn to listen to the more subtle inner signals from your body and from your soul that tell you, “my well is empty and I have nothing more to give.” At those times give yourself the gift of self nurturing, of saying “no”, of putting limits on that which you do for others. Nobody else will do this for you and it is your challenge to love yourself and to say, “I deserve and it is time for me now, this is my time and I am taking it because I am worthy and because I love myself enough to say no, I can’t help you right now because I need to help myself. ”
This is a very healthy attitude because it gives the person that you are unable to help at that time the opportunity to either to go deeper to within themselves to find the resources to help themselves or to reach out to others to open up more channels of assistance. So in helping yourself you are helping them to be more self reliant or to spread their net wider, to have a greater support system. This is all a learning process for the children of the earth, some of you have given too much at the expense of yourself and others have taken too much at the expense of others. At this time there is a great equalising, a balancing, because giving must always be balanced with receiving. You cannot continue to pour forth the waters of your bounty unless there is a source that is feeding that flow. I invite you to reach out to your spirit guides, to your angels, to myself as the Mother of the World and also to those around you. Let them know that you need help. Some of them will be only too delighted to give it and others will say no and it is all perfect. You will come to know which people you can turn to at your time of need. There is no judgement here, no right and wrong, it is simply you taking care of yourself and giving others the opportunity to take care of you. All of us need at times to receive nurturing and mothering, as long as you are in a physical body you will need to be nurtured and cared for. Begin now by making this promise and commitment to yourself, to your body, to your soul, to your inner child.
When I am tired I will rest, when I am dispirited I will seek uplifting activities or people to lift me back up, to feed my soul. I will give my body healthy food and most importantly I will begin to love myself as I love those around me. I acknowledge myself as a child of the Father and the Mother of All and I know that they desire only good for me. I am now willing to receive all of the blessings, the generosity and the abundance that the Father and the Mother wish to give to me because I am worthy, I am the precious and beloved child of the Father and the Mother, I am claiming my heritage, I am claiming my birthright, I deserve to live in peace, prosperity, joy and abundance in this lifetime and I am claiming it now.
Beloved child of my heart I am here for you now and always, I hear every cry of your heart and it is my delight to be of assistance to you so that you can live a life of fulfillment and joy upon this earth. I leave you now with the love and the blessings of the One.
